Scott Estate Services serves individuals who decide not to burden family members or friends with the responsibilities of estate administration. We also serve estate planning attorneys and other advisors in cases requiring the appointment of a replacement or successor Personal Representative. Shannon Scott serves as Personal Representative (PR) of estates from inception to completion. Shannon is well versed in probate procedures and has experience in the disposition of unique and unusual assets, as well as real estate, securities, and special collections.

Fiduciary Services

Scott Estate Services also provides fiduciary services to clients during their lifetimes. Shannon Scott partners closely with clients and their estate planning attorneys during the estate planning process, and may be named in various fiduciary capacities.
